The Company provides assistance services for foreigners settling in France, including administrative support, contract reviews, and setting up utilities (electricity, gas, etc.). All services are subject to availability and require a quote to be accepted before the service is rendered.

3. Prices and Payment
Prices for our services will be provided based on a personalized quote and are payable in euros. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices based on the complexity of the requested service. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients have the right to cancel their service request within 14 days in accordance with the French Consumer Code, as long as the service has not been fully or partially provided during this period. A cancellation fee of 20 euros applies per service. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

5. Service Provision
The Company provides assistance services only and cannot be held responsible for the outcomes or decisions made by third parties or administrative bodies. Service delivery is generally provided within a short time frame; however, the response time from external organizations is beyond the Company’s control.

6. Liability
The Company cannot be held liable for any negative responses or decisions from third parties (administrations, companies, etc.) resulting from the services provided.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited without express written permission.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the website signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
